What you need to know
Your Bright Horizons®1 benefits can give you the summer help you need, whether it’s choosing a camp or enrichment program for your child or scheduling reliable backup child or elder care when your schedule changes.
Camps and enrichment programs
As part of your BAE Systems benefits, you can plan for summer and school breaks with access to in-person camps available in select Bright Horizons centers or nearby Steve & Kate’s Camp® locations. Select a camp and use your backup care days to secure your child’s spot by registering by the day or a full week. Enrichment programs are available for children to explore creative and educational programs – with in-person and virtual options – like travel games, coding lessons, robotics, and more.
Backup child care
BAE Systems employees are eligible for up to 10 days of backup child care days a year at one of the Bright Horizons centers for $15 per day, or you can have someone care for your child in your home for $6 per hour. Advance booking up to 90 days ahead of time is available. You can also book same-day care if you experience an unexpected schedule glitch.
Backup elder care
Temporary adult and elder care for your relatives is available in your home or theirs. A screened and credentialed caregiver can be booked to come to you, when and where you need care.
