Empower’s Learning Center has a variety of free on-demand information specifically for those nearing retirement, or already retired. Access the Learning Center through your 401(k) account by selecting "Planning" then "My Financial Path." After Selecting the “Learning Center” you can click on “Retirement” for specific information on topics of interest.

Pension plan

If you need help with your pension plan (a defined benefit retirement income plan offered by some BAE Systems businesses to employees hired before January 1, 2010) including:

  • Questions about your pension benefit eligibility
