Regular, full-time employees and regular, part-time employees (20 to 39 scheduled hours per week) are eligible to elect health, welfare, and retirement benefits and will automatically be enrolled in any additional company-paid benefit programs. All employees, including employees working fewer than 20 hours per week, are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Savings Plan.
You can also enroll your family members, which include:
- Your legal spouse, children, and stepchildren up to age 26
- Your same-sex and opposite-sex domestic partner and/or their child(ren)
You’ll be asked to provide Social Security numbers and documentation to verify each family member’s eligibility to participate in the company’s health plans. If you don’t provide the requested information, your dependents will be dropped from coverage. Coverage will not be reinstated until the first of the month following receipt and acceptance of your dependent’s eligibility information.
