Staying strong and focused on mental health and well-being

What you need to know

We're all in this together. Our collective wellbeing has been tested this year by a pandemic, natural disasters, and civil unrest. If you're feeling isolated, overwhelmed, stressed, or simply just not yourself, you are not alone.

Your wellbeing matters, so please join us for one or more free, 30-minute webinars during the upcoming weeks. The sessions will be hosted beginning September 10, World Suicide Prevention Day, and closing just prior to World Mental Health Day on October 10. All employees and their family members are welcome to attend.

Over the course of the webinar series, mental health and wellbeing professionals will present information, resources, and suggestions on how you can improve your physical and emotional health, build your resilience, better manage your stress, and maintain your wellbeing while caring for others. Check the listing below for the webinar series topics and registration links.

In addition to this webinar series, Cigna offers free mindfulness and stress management podcasts and other on-demand wellness webcasts to help you and your family members get through these challenging times.

Now, more than ever, we need to take care of ourselves and each other. If you or someone you know needs help, make a connection with a colleague, friend, or family member, or you can call the Employee Assistance Program at 800-591-9339 at any time, from anywhere.
