Focus on well-being and veteran support this May

We all have a role to play when it comes to creating a mentally healthy workplace. Because this May is both Mental Health Awareness Month and Military Appreciation Month, we’d like to focus on the special events and resources to support our collective well-being and our veteran community. And, to our veterans and their families, thank you for bravely serving and selflessly sacrificing.

Ready for the challenge? Join Mission: Well-being

Continuing the spirit of the Defending 22 program, this month we’re launching a new initiative, Mission: Well-being

Ready to get started?

Sign up to take the pledge today, and join us on this mission. Each week throughout the month of May, we will share tips, resources, and opportunities to help support your personal well-being journey.

When you sign up to take the pledge, we’ll donate $5 on your behalf to one of our partner organizations that supports the mental health and well-being of the military community.
