What you need to know
BAE Systems offers convenient resources that make it easier to navigate your health care and make sure you’re getting the best care possible. Whether you need emotional support, help with your medical plan, or understanding a diagnosis, we’ve got you covered.
Emotional support
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential support to manage personal issues, such as stress, family matters, and substance abuse. And they can refer you to resources for additional care if needed.
You and members of your household are automatically enrolled in the EAP and can get up to eight free, confidential counseling sessions per issue per year. Plus, you can receive 30 minutes of legal counseling and 60 minutes of identity-theft counseling at no cost to you.
