As a BAE Systems employee, you’re entitled to a fixed number of paid holidays each year in addition to designated and personal holidays.
You receive paid time off for six (6) fixed holidays each year plus additional designated and personal holidays. Part-time employees receive holiday pay on a prorated basis.
